Designed for commercial vehicles and fleet inspections, the Bartec TAP200 integrated hand held Tread Depth and Pressure tool with colour display. Easy-to-use colour coded graphics with Bluetooth communications to Bartec’s FREE TPMS Desktop software package.

The TAP (Tread & Pressure) Reader is designed to give fast accurate results. It can eliminate the paperwork involved in collecting data and reporting the results to the customer. Using a colour coded warning system the tool shows when tyres are legal and when replacement is recommended. The highly accurate tool enables the tyre shop to advise the customer how long he can keep running his tyres before replacement is required, thereby maximising tyre life and offering real value to the customer. The results of the tread and pressure test can be uploaded via Bluetooth to a PC or tablet so that the colour coded warnings can be displayed for the customer thereby reassuring them of their legitimacy. This leads to increased tyre and parts sales, and customer retention.
